If you are suggesting altering someone's post is forbidden, you might want to look at the post 14, by your brother, then pretty much every post where your brother where he does the exact same thing to my posts. Then apply the same result.
Unless of course there are two rules in KB, Ie one for your brother and another for everyone else that is not your brother.

Well I know 3 out of 4 of the last red reps I have got are from Katman so just assume its him thats given it to you. Especially if its got some sexual abuse with it.
