Ha, well written. Low mileage does say a lot, less than 1000km per year. Snore.

Head out on the Highwaaay. , . and return in 1/2 an hourrr.

I had the 250 as a 17yr old. It really was quite shit. I don't use the term 'shite' as it wasn't quite that good.

Bollocks. There were heaps of Mitsi Mirages in the early 80s. I can't see anyone getting fizzy about them.
    Ha let's check. 3 listings.
Na. Nope. N, um , hold on.

Ok, so is this proof Jelly is depressingly right?
Or is this just another Optimistic Seller?

I guess time will tell on both counts.

BSA Bantams, Army Indians, Morris Minors were all just tools, and yet they are popular now cause people have memories.
It's not everyones cup of tea but if i saw a red GS5500EX like my first new bike i'd be very tempted, got way better bikes but did 36000kms in 18 months on it and it was a fine machine, my next bike did everything better but it didn't have that place in my life as the GS did

That's just depressing. Recently I was thinking about Bond, James Bond. I never much liked the movies but did like the books. In a recent conversation I mentioned Bond's car and the person to whom I was talking assumed I meant the Aston Martin DB4. Nah, that's the movie. In the early books Bond drove a vintage Bentley like those big green lorries that won LeMans in the thirties. That seems odd now but in the 1950s when Fleming wrote the first Bond books those cars were only about twenty years old and that's when cars tend to be at their lowest value. Of course, most of us would probably have to take out a mortgage to buy one of those pre-war Bentleys now.

I had a Cordia Turbo when they were new do they count ??
Come to think of it I've had a heap of cars and bikes. Like six Mk1 Escorts and 6 Mk two Escort Sports ! I won't do a list just too many !
    I was a Mechanic from mid sixties , bought/sold lots. ( I did count the bikes tho.....56 ! LOL.)...
    Bet you've had a few Spyda ????

You'd never go hungry with Nigella Gaz.
If it weren't for flashbacks...I'd have no memory at all..
