I'm a freelance journalist, currently writing features for Aus magazines including Australian Motorcycle News.
Previously ASME IX coded welder and after that, fishing boat cook.

I'm also waiting for my next kidney transplant, so working less than optimum hours. Moving back to New Plymouth in two weeks, so will be scratching around trying to sell stories to whomever I can.

    Story, anyone?

Same old soul destroying 60-70 hours a week shit that no one sees because they all fuck off at 17:00 hours. Or earlier.

Anyone have a job stripping motorcycles, cleaning them, and then putting them back together for about $6-$700,000 a year?
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Comfy office, my own desk, computer and phone (with my name on the screen! ), a direct dial line etc... the hours are pretty good too.

hmm I need your direct dial then .. when we can't get info we want on meters from NGC you'll be able to tell me wot I need to know then

It's back..."Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end."
